I hereby apply for McLeans Island Golf Club Membership.

Members of the McLeans Island Golf Club Inc. agree to abide by the rules and regulations
of the Club which may be obtained from the Secretary.
Subscriptions are payable upon receipt of an invoice following the processing of this application.
Membership will become active upon receipt of payment.
If for any reason you are not accepted as a member your money will be refunded.
